2. 哪些功能免费
浏览PDF、浏览器本地提取文字、书架和笔记、读取已经保存的页面缓存，均不消耗AI积分。当前PDF本地提取文字在余额为0时也可使用；转用云端OCR或翻译时才检查积分。
3. 文字版PDF
文字版PDF的原文提取免费，翻译每页扣1积分，与该页字数及模型Token用量无关。
4. 扫描版PDF
扫描版PDF原文提取（OCR）每页扣1积分；翻译该页再扣1积分。因此，完成一页扫描件的提取和翻译共需2积分。
5. 扣分顺序、失败与重复请求
扣分优先使用最早到期的有效批次。失败、截断或超时按原批次退回；批次已到期则退回不会延长有效期。相同编号的成功请求重放不重复扣分；新任务、换语言或新编号重译会重新计费。
6. 支付到账、退款与旧版本
支付页面跳转不代表到账，须以订单状态和积分流水确认。若已扣款但未到账，请先查单，避免重复付款。退款申请和旧订单权益见退款政策。新版使用全新账号库，不自动导入旧余额；有旧版凭证时可联系核查。联系：support@pdf2translate.com。

Credits and Billing
Current status: purchases are closed; packs are previews. Email-verified accounts receive 50 credits.
1. Packs and purchase status
Receive 50 credits after email verification. The three packs below are previews, with purchases still closed. Purchases will be one-time CNY WeChat payments, without automatic renewal. Each purchased batch is valid for 365 days after crediting.

2. What does not use AI credits
PDF viewing, local text extraction, libraries, notes and reading saved page caches use no AI credits. Local extraction remains available at zero balance. Credits are checked when cloud OCR or translation is requested.
3. Text PDFs
Local text extraction is free. Translating one PDF page costs exactly 1 credit, regardless of word or model token counts.
4. Scanned PDFs
OCR costs 1 credit per page. Translating that page costs 1 additional credit, for a total of 2 credits per scanned page.
5. Batch order, failures and retries
Charges use eligible batches in earliest-expiry order. Failed, truncated or timed-out tasks return credits to the original batches without extending their expiry. Replaying a successful request identifier does not charge again. A new task, language or request identifier can charge again.
6. Payment, refunds and older accounts
A payment-page return is not proof of crediting; check the order and credit records. If money was debited but credits are missing, query the order before paying again. See the refund policy for refund requests and older-order rights. The new account database does not automatically import old balances; contact us with old records for review.
